During the Preaching Week of the Feast of Tabernacles when the blessing of the Holy Spirit of the latter rain was poured out upon all the Churches of God throughout the world, the Dedication Service was succes-sively held in Anseong, Dongdaemun and Anyang, coincident with the meaning of the Feast of Tabernacles to commemorate the building of the tabernacle. The members, who had been diligently gathering spiritual materials for the heavenly temple, hoping for the completion of both the physical and spiritual temples, gave thanks and praise to God for granting them a new large Church building, filled with joy.

On September 30, the Dedication Service for the New Building of the Dongdaemun Church, which has three floors above ground and one underground, was held. Through the service, Mother thanked Father for granting Her children a beautiful building for worship, and prayed that the Church would train and produce many workers for the new covenant. She also prayed that the doors for preaching would be open wide through the power of the Holy Spirit of the latter rain and that the gospel would be quickly preached to the ends of the earth.

In addition, Mother complimented the efforts of the members who had fervently preached the new covenant and cultivated a new field for the gospel, and blessed them to “fill the beautiful storehouse with good fruits.”

Chief Pastor Joo-Cheol Kim gave thanks to God for allowing His children to dedicate a new Church building in Dongdaemun where the Church of God had been established for the first time among many areas in Seoul. And he expressed his emotions, saying that he could feel the blessings of the Holy Spirit over-flowing throughout the Church. He also urged the members to faithfully carry out the gospel mission by filling the storehouse of grace with true fruits—good souls, saying, “Let’s fully display the glory of God as God’s children who have received a tremendous blessing—eternal life—by coming to our heavenly Father and Mother, who are the reality of the Holy Place and the Most Holy Place on this earth.”

After the service, Plaques of Merit were presented to the construction managers who had labored until the completion of the Church building.

In the newly constructed and decorated buildings, the members of the Churches in Anseong, Dongdaemun and Anyang shared God’s grace together and spread out their wings of the gospel. The members, who had been given the promise of the Holy Spirit of the latter rain and a new storehouse as well, promised themselves to fill their Zion with abundant good fruits that hold the rain of the Holy Spirit, not forgetting the love of God who gave them the water of life in the kingdom of grace.
